Meeting with the Chairman of “Al Faisal Holding” and the Qatari Businessmen Association
On January 28, 2025, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to the State of Qatar Mr. Nurmurod Mahmadali met with the Chairman of “Al Faisal Holding” and the Qatari Businessmen Association, Sheikh Faisal Bin Qassim Al Thani.
During the meeting, issues of cooperation between Tajikistan and Qatar in the development of trade, economic and investment relations were discussed, and special attention was paid to the further expansion of cooperation in the practical implementation of investment projects in the hydropower, industrial and mining sectors in Tajikistan.
The parties agreed on the visit of Sheikh Faisal Bin Qassim Al Thani to Tajikistan with the aim of holding trade and economic forums and establishing a «Joint Economic and Investment Fund» between the two friendly countries.
