Qatar welcomes the signing of the historic trilateral Treaty and the Khujand Declaration of Eternal Friendship
The State of Qatar welcomes important historical acts — the Treaty between the Republic of Tajikistan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Uzbekistan on the Junction Point of the State Borders of the three countries and the Khujand Declaration on Eternal Friendship.
The official statement of the country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs also noted that the Qatari government expressed hope that the agreement will contribute to strengthening cooperation and achieving integration between the three countries, as well as strengthening security and stability between the countries of the region.
The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the commitment of these countries to resolve disputes and conflicts peacefully in order to strengthen peace and security at the regional and international levels.
It should be noted that the statement was widely covered in the media of the host country, including on Qatar State television.
