Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in the State of Qatar

From 8 to 11 February 2026, the Cultural Days of the Republic of Tajikistan were held in the State of Qatar.

Within the framework of the Cultural Days of Tajikistan in Doha, on 9 February 2026, a large exhibition was organized at the building of the Ministry of Culture of the State of Qatar, featuring artworks, paintings, historical and cultural photographs, folk crafts, traditions and customs, achievements of the period of State Independence, various types of national cuisine, as well as the beautiful nature of Tajikistan. The event was attended by the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan Matlubakhon Sattoriyon, the Minister of Culture of the State of Qatar Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al Thani, heads and members of the diplomatic corps accredited in Qatar, representatives of the host country’s authorities and mass media representatives.

Following the exhibition, the official opening ceremony of the Cultural Days was held with the participation of the Ministers of Culture of the two countries, during which the importance of strengthening cultural ties and expanding bilateral cooperation was emphasized.

The program continued with a cultural concert featuring distinguished artists of Tajikistan.
