Meeting of the Ambassador with the Chairman of Consultative Assembly of the State of Qatar
On March 17, 2025, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to the State of Qatar, Nurmurod Mahmadali, met with the Chairman of the Consultative Assembly of the State of Qatar (Shura Council), Hassan bin Abdulla Al-Ghanim.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the development of inter-parliamentary relations between the two countries, including strengthening legislation, economic ties, investment, and entrepreneurship development. They also assessed the important role of parliaments and inter-parliamentary friendship groups in expanding the legal framework for interstate relations in various fields.
At the same time, issues of establishing exchange visits and organizing joint training and retraining programs for personnel in the field of parliamentary activities were discussed.
