Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in the State of Qatar

On 28 September 2026, in Doha, a meeting was held between Chairman of the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan Sulton Rahimzoda and the CEO of Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company Sheikh Hamad bin Talal Al-Thani.

During the meeting, the parties discussed ways to further expand cooperation between Tajikistan and Qatar through attracting investments from Qatari Diar for the implementation of the “Diyori Dushanbe” residential development project, particularly the commencement of Phases 3 and 4, as well as potential investment opportunities in the development of a number of other important projects in the future.
